From owning my own business, managing a single location, to directing operations and sales for over 80 separate businesses since 2001, I have been through both the school of hard knocks as well as the school of corporate structure and training. The majority of time has been spent in the retail optical space, working with business leaders as well as clinicians on how to grow and operate a successful business and patient base.
Simple & Direct Approach
The best way to fix a problem is to call it as you see it, align on a solution, and work towards the desired end result. Most everything I do will incorporate the Leadership Guidelines that are detailed below. They are a set of guidelines that embody the type of courage that takes challenges head on and relies on vulnerable and authentic leadership that wants to do the right thing - no matter how scary it might be.
